You will be responsible for: Day to day client contact and management Managing the fulfillment of client requests Client administration and reporting Identifying and closing upsell opportunities within your portfolio of clients.

You will report directly to the CEO, with your day-to-day contact being primarily with the project managers associated with your clients’ projects, and of course your clients.

If you are someone with 2-3 years experience in a client facing role within an IT, online marketing, or advertising environment, then you would be perfect for this role. Requirements: 2-3 years in a client facing role, not necessarily account management. Web experience in some shape essential.
